1. Agreement

By using DeepPoints ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. DeepPoints is operated by Jakub Jawniak.

2. Description of Service

DeepPoints is an AI-powered tool that generates marketing copy elements — including benefit breakdowns, hooks, and headlines — based on inputs you provide about your product and audience. The Service uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate output.

3. Use of the Service

  • You must provide a valid email address to use the Service.
  • Free accounts are limited to 3 generations per day.
  • You agree not to abuse, spam, or attempt to circumvent rate limits.
  • You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or violates the rights of others.
  • We reserve the right to block or restrict access for any user who violates these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Your inputs — the text you enter into the form remains yours.
  • Generated output — you may use the AI-generated content for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. We do not claim ownership of generated output.
  • The Service itself — the DeepPoints website, branding, design, and underlying code are the property of Jakub Jawniak and may not be copied or reproduced.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • Generated content will be accurate, original, or suitable for your specific purpose.
  • The Service will be available without interruption.
  • Results will meet your expectations or produce any particular business outcome.

You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing or using it commercially.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jakub Jawniak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

7. Shared Links

When you generate a shareable link, the content of that generation becomes publicly accessible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for the content you choose to share.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on Anthropic's Claude API. Your use of DeepPoints is also subject to Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party service availability or changes.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
